How to enable Apple Intelligence on your iPhone 📱

Apple is finally releasing some of the Apple Intelligence features it announced at its Worldwide Developers Conference in June.

Step 1: Ensure Compatibility - Check that your device is an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, or a compatible iPad/Mac with an M1 chip and that you're running the developer beta version of iOS 18.1.

Step 2: Set Language and Region - Go to Settings, set the language to U.S. English, and the region to the U.S.

Step 3: Join the Waitlist - Open Settings, navigate to the Apple Intelligence & Siri menu, and tap on Join the Apple Intelligence waitlist.

Step 4: Wait for Approval - You'll receive a notification once your position on the waitlist is approved.

Step 5: Enable Apple Intelligence - Wait for the system to download the necessary data, then toggle the Apple Intelligence feature on or off from the menu as needed.

Note: The rollout is initially for developers; wait for the public or stable release if you prefer stable software. The AI suite uses a mix of on-device processing and Apple Private Cloud services.
